To be truly awakened is to reclaim the right mind of revelation, with your thinking in the lower gut. In order for this to happen, you must slowly and gently undo the wrong mind of ego thinking. The journey to wholeness and holiness is not easy — but as long as you truly forgive everything, you will find your way to freedom. To discover the true and positive Thoughts you share with God, as you build your Home upon the rock and not the sand.
ACIM is not about consciously controlled thinking, but rather purified thought.
By the time you complete your treasure map, your awareness has been restored to truth — which eventually leads to knowledge.
