Natasha McKenna, trading as “Tash McKenna”
Last Updated: 13 June 2026
Natasha McKenna, trading as “Tash McKenna” (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), respects the privacy of users of its websites and online services, including www.tashmckenna.com, www.truforgivenessbusiness.com, the membership and course area hosted on Kajabi, and the checkout and course-delivery pages hosted on ThriveCart at courses.tashmckenna.com and courses.truforgivenessbusiness.com (collectively the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is gathered during your use of the Site and how it may be used. Please also review the Terms of Use, which also govern your use of the Site. We are the data controller for the personal information described here, and you can reach us using the contact details in section 11.
As a general matter, no personally identifiable information (such as your name, address or email) is automatically collected simply by visiting the Site. However:
- Automatic / technical information: our servers record non-personal information such as your browser type, operating system and IP address to help operate and secure the Site.
- Information you provide: our mailing lists, downloads, offers, registration and contact forms and surveys may ask for contact details (name, postal and/or email address), demographic information (such as age and gender) and preference information (such as your interests).
- Purchase information: when you buy a product, the relevant checkout platform collects the payment and billing details needed to process your order. We do not store full credit-card numbers ourselves, except as necessary to complete a transaction or billing arrangement, or as you authorise.
Interactive tools and downloadable workbooks: some of our giftbooks and reflection workbooks let you type responses and generate a PDF to download. Anything you enter into these tools is processed entirely within your own browser and is used only to create your download — it is not sent to, collected by, or stored by us, and we never see your entries.
We use the information we collect to operate, provide and improve our products, services and the Site; to process purchases and provide customer support; to send you the communications you have asked for; and, where you have agreed, to send marketing about our company and products. You can opt out of marketing at any time (see section 10).
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver products and services you buy); your consent (for marketing); and our legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Site), balanced against your rights. We do not sell or lease your personally identifiable information to third parties.
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:
- Service providers / processors who operate the Site and process orders on our behalf — in particular Kajabi (course hosting and checkout), ThriveCart (checkout) and Stripe and/or PayPal (payment processing). These providers handle your data under their own agreements and privacy policies.
- Authorities or other parties where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests (including national-security or law-enforcement requirements), or to identify, contact or take legal action against someone causing harm to the Company, our users or others.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device. We use only cookies that are essential to operate the Site and to process your purchases — for example, login/session and checkout cookies set by our platform providers (Kajabi and ThriveCart). We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can reset your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when one is sent, although some parts of the Site may then not function properly. A short notice about our use of cookies is shown when you first visit the Site.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the life of your account or subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards — and longer only where required to meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. We then delete or anonymise it.
We are based in Australia and use service providers located in other countries, including the United States. This means your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- EU / UK (GDPR): to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): to know what we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, without being discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- Australia (Privacy Act / Australian Privacy Principles): to access and seek correction of your personal information, and to complain to us and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 11. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to purchase products or create an account (see the Terms of Use). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are 13 or younger, please do not submit any personal information to the Site or to the Company. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our records. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activity, to teach children not to share personal information without a parent’s supervision, and to review the privacy policies of the sites their children visit.
External sites: we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites linked from the Site; please review their policies before sharing information with them.
Community areas: you are responsible for information you choose to post in community areas, including forums and the private Facebook group for students of The Truforgiveness Family. Information you disclose there can be collected and used by others, so please take care.
Marketing choices / opt-out: you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email. If that does not work, email us at [email protected] with a copy of the email and ask to be removed. General email enquiries you send us are used only to respond to you and are not shared with third parties.
