What eat you eat reflects what is going on within. For example, if you believe you are nothing and no good you will most likely consume foods that are no good for you. Or if you believe you are junk and a waste of space you will most likely consume foods that are junk. You see, your behavior reflects what you think within. So clean up your thinking to change your experience in time.

 Hello, Beautiful!

 I know what it is like to suffer through issues with food, for this has been one of my shadows of suffering through time. I have swung both ways, through overeating and eventually bulimia to starving myself and sitting on the fence with anorexia. Now that I have cleaned up my thinking my eating is more balanced, as is my weight. I no longer swing from one extreme to the other, for The Treasure Map builds in balance and love.

To be honest, my weight now sits where it was when I had bulimia, yet all those decades ago I was filled with self-hate and found myself to be disgusting. I always believed that it was about the food that I ate and the size of my body, yet it was not. It was simply my own self-hatred being seen without as I was punishing myself. I once never believed I would escape my food related lessons of suffering, but I have, and you can too, for The Treasure Map will shine the way. However, you must look at the pain within, truly forgive it to be free from it. By uncovering the light hidden deep within miracles will be made.

If you find yourself swinging into darkness, truly forgive. By finding the truth of love within you stop being pained to be pleased. 

No matter what problem you face with food, truly forgive it. However, be smart about it. Please do not 'forgive within' your peanut allergy then declare yourself allergy free and consume these nuts. Whilst we are still bound to ego laws, you must work within the ego constraints. As such, if you do have an allergy, The Treasure Map might assist you to find peace with this problem or you might be guided to the miracle you seek on the level of form. But it is always made in the mind first when you undo the guilt within that seeks to pain and punish us.

Little by little as you find the truth of love within you will feed yourself with foods filled with love, such as those that are natural and nice. 

By the time you complete this treasure hunt, notice how your thinking around food and perhaps yourself and body has been healed. For each thought is purified by the time you complete your map. The shifts on the level of form can take a few months to be made manifest, as what is within is seen without. Do not doubt the true healing that you will receive. It will be made, but you must 'forgive within' by following the way of The Treasure Map, not the way the ego teaches Forgiveness.

I remember when my pain was that bad I would reach for food to fill the ache within. Little did I know that if I truly forgave it, by following the true way to forgive the pain would dissolve, and peace and love would be discovered. The love you seek is within and if you do complete your treasure maps you will find it.

P.S. If you find you cannot eat food and refusing to eat look within to see why. For example 'I forgive not wanting to eat. I forgive refusing to eat. I forgive not wanting to be loved. I forgive hating myself. I forgive rejecting myself.' 

You can see through this that the cause has nothing to do with food but rather the rejection of their true Self within.

Or if you find yourself constantly hungry, as you are eating be mentally drawing up your treasure map:

'I forgive being hungry for food. I forgive needing to eat all the time. I forgive myself for being constantly hungry. I forgive not being full. I forgive being empty. I forgive myself for being nothing. I forgive being nothing. I forgive the need to fill myself up. I forgive filling myself up. I forgive filling myself up.'

As you can see from this mini-map the cause is not about the food but trying to find a way to fill up the emptiness within. 

For it is your thinking that makes it so!

What Your Treasure Map Might Look Like?
I forgive having bad food. I forgive having bad food. I forgive bad food. I forgive bad food. I forgive myself for being lazy and eating bad food. I forgive being lazy and eating bad food. I forgive being too lazy to cook. I forgive being too lazy to cook. I forgive being unable to cook. I forgive being unable to cook. I forgive not cooking. I forgive being afraid to cook. I forgive the need to not hurt myself.

Explained: 
When you have truly forgiven everything hidden within you will no longer have problems on the level of form. You see, by finding the truth of peace within you will be happy with what you eat, as peace belongs to Perfect Love. Truly forgive every grievance that is buried within for it covers the truth of light that witnesses to the kind dream in time, not the cruel one.

To Complete Your Treasure Maps:
1. Move your thinking from the brain deep into the lower gut area.
2. Listen for the inner voice to offer you each layer you need to apply the 'I Forgive' principle to.
3. Continue to mentally dig deeper within, and if you do go down, into the subconscious, you will eventually locate this right mind that is peace and love.

In this video, you will come to see how the right mind of peace and love will feed you with grace and not guilt. Do not judge your story in time, for you see without what is within. You must look upon the buried darkness and when you have truly forgiven it you will walk with love and not fear.

 

Food Can Support You...

When you find the right mind of peace and love within you will be supported by grace. This might mean that you allow yourself to have nourishing and nutritious food that feeds you well and not nasty. Depending upon how deep you are in darkness with your food complaints will determine how long it will take you to mentally clean within to move from being pained and punished to peace and love. Just do not quit on yourself, you are worthy and deserving of being saved. For example, if you spent one hour a day for 6-months truly forgiving the issues you have with food, you would begin to see great results. You continue to 'forgive within' until you are happy with the picture painted in time.

To Journal or Meditate...

Whilst this course has been set to complete each treasure map as a journaling exercise, you can complete your giftbooks as an inward meditation if you prefer. Simply spend around 2-minutes on each question, allowing yourself one hour to 'forgive within', instead of the 90-minutes it takes to complete as a journaling exercise. However, the journaling is completely powerful.

Truforgiveness Prescription...

Complete one treasure map giftbook every three days until all ten are finished. On the days in between move through the treasure map meditation, if the inner voice guides you. At the end of the month, when this has been completed, take the review to receive your bonus giftbook and then spend one week offering the 'I Love' principle.

The Process of FAITH

For those that do not know how to complete their treasure maps, this short video will explain how. You see, you must forgive within, deep within the subconscious for the cause has been hidden by the ego in the lower gut area. Far away from the belief in separation that is home to lack, loss, and lovelessness.

God is with me. I live and move in Him.

God is with me. 2 He is my Source of life, the life within, the air I breathe, the food by which I am sustained, the water which renews and cleanses me. 3 He is my home, wherein I live and move; the Spirit which directs my actions, offers me Its Thoughts, and guarantees my safety from all pain. 4 He covers me with kindness and with care, and holds in love the Son He shines upon, who also shines on Him. 5 How still is he who knows the truth of what He speaks today!

Explained: In truth, You are One with God, in the name of being and not body. You see, when you draw up your treasure maps you move from the wrong mind of judgment and attack that teaches you are the body of sin, separation, specialness, and suffering. And you shift to the right mind of peace, love and innocence for All that quietly whispers you are not the body born to die, but the being of Perfect Love that needs to wake to its innocent Mind. This is where everything you want and need can be found, but you must dissolve the darkness in the subconscious mind that tells you that you are something you are not. Sinful of separating from Source. When you find this truth of love within you extend light outwards and this will even reach to the foods you eat. You will start to naturally desire foods that are filled with grace and goodness instead of guilt and gravity. To have God in your food is to have the light of love pour forth. These are foods that are alive and natural, no not animals, but rather unprocessed. Whilst I am not here to sway your eating choices, the more light that fills you the more loving your actions. You stop reaching for foods that have harmed another, and if you should need to eat these, you become grateful for this animal that has given up its life to see you thrive. And so, you pray to this animal for the support it has offered you in form. You can either mentally draw up your treasure maps or give thanks. But you must give something back, for the world of form is the pace we come to again and again until we wake from the dream of death in duality and take our rightful place as the Son of God we are in truth: in the name of Oneness, not separateness. Do not see animals as different from you, for we are all being in truth. And perhaps the next lifetime you are set to review is one of the four-legged kind. We must treat each other as we wish to be treated and look within for the answers. What is the right path for one does not mean it is for another, so, as long as you truly forgive everything you will be truly healing. 

You live and move in God, for the world of form is the dream the split-mind is having. To be honest, if you look outwards, all around, behind the painted pictures of separation is the truth of God. A blanket of wholeness, for He is All. But to have God be in your body is to remove the shadows of suffering, the belief in sin, that casts dark clouds upon you. So clean within, and clean within some more, until all that is left is the truth of Perfect Love, and you will not only know God but have Him as well. You will never be God, for God is the Father, and the world of form is the dream the Son is having. Do not seek to be God, for this is what has made the guilt we are punished by.

W-pII.222.2. Father, we have no words except Your Name upon our lips and in our minds, as we come quietly into Your Presence now, and ask to rest with You in peace a while.

Explained: To rest with God is to find the right mind that reveals You are the being of Perfect Love, not the body born to die. You cannot hurt nor can you be hurt, for all shadows of suffering belong to the ego-mind that teaches you are the body. When you do not feel at One with God, you come to see that you must change your mind from the wrong to the right, for wholeness is within, not without. And when you stop hating yourself for the belief you are sinful of separating from Source, you will find the truth of love within, extend this outwards, and not only love the food you eat, that is filled with love, but you will love your body in time. As you see it is your learning device to undo the ego-mind to locate the right mind that leads to One-mindedness, awakening.

You do not need words with God, when bound to the right mind, which is where The Treasure Map takes you, for God does not use words, but rather revealation.

You eat based upon what you think within. If you have thoughts filled with guilt and attack then you will consume foods that are bad for you.

What you stew on is what you need to truly forgive. So if you beat yourself up about the foods you eat, 'forgive within' to clean this up.

When you eat your emotions you will eventually boil over. So reach for The Treasure Map and not food to regulate & release yourself.

I love being supported in life. I love the foods that feed me well. I love finding out what works for me and what does not.'

Thank you for being here! This is just the beginning. But you have a tool from God that can make the impossible, possible. When I was down and out, I decided that I would try to save myself, and if not, I would die trying! I was persistent. So persistent. Every moment became a focus to lift me out of the valley of the shadow of death. How much you want to truly heal will be decided by how committed you become to your true healing practice.

Finally, I do want to add, do not limit your healing to the body. This life is just one of many. What you truly forgive in this lifetime, you will not have to repeat in the next. We all must play our part in undoing the darkness within the mind so we can wake to our true Self: the being of Perfect Love.

No act of love can ever be wasted. It waits until you are ready to receive the gift of grace you uncovered.
